License setup

When first starting MORe a license setup window will be shown, where the license key and optionally the proxy server
settings can be set up. A running internet connection is required. The **license key** can be viewed in the customer portal.


Proxy server settings
========
Any changes to the proxy settings require a full restart of all running instances of MORe in order to take effect.

PAC (Proxy Auto Config)

The system supports automatic detection of PAC (Proxy Auto Config) files, if they are available then the proxy URL field
is automatically filled with the detected value. Otherwise the proxy URL has to be set up manually.

Supported protocols

Supported protocols are HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS (SOCKet Secure).

Changing license settings after the first setup

The settings are available in the top toolbar under settings in a running MORe instance. Note that changing proxy settings
requires restarting MORe. Otherwise there is a **config.toml** file in the MOReUserData directory, normally saved under:
*%localappdata%/MOReUserData*, this config file can be edited to set up the following license parameters:

- license_key: the license key,
- use_proxy_server: possible values are **true** and **false**,
- override_pac_settings: if **true** then any detected PAC file will be ignored,
- proxy_url: the proxy URL to use if no PAC file was detected or the PAC file override is **true**
